Despite the negative news coming from Garissa recently, it really has some very cool places to stay, namely, the Almond Resort. I hear there is Nomad hotel, but haven’t been there yet.

This was an assignment to shoot the hotel and it’s environs for their website and general usage. So we kicked off with the rooms, during the day

 

One thing with Garissa is that  the sun can get very hot and pretty fast, so any exterior shots have to be done dusk or dawn. So for this last shot we waited till evening to shoot. The results were rather pleasing, particularly because I sometimes struggle with Arch photography.
